SHIPPING

  • If your order includes ready-to-ship items, those items may be shipped separately while your Artisan piece is being crafted.
  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
  • There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

  • Keep away from water and moisture. The clay details are not waterproof.
  • Handle gently to protect the delicate handmade details.
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

We offer free shipping on orders of $29.99 or more. Selected items may also qualify for free shipping regardless of order value. For all other orders under $29.99, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

The standard processing time of most products is typically 2–5 days; however, certain special handcrafted items may require at least 5-10 days to complete, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
