Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. You can also look up your order information on your Khemn account and track your order.

Since many of our packages ship internationally, tracking updates may not appear right away. Your package needs to go through transit, clear local customs, and be accepted into your country before your local courier can scan and update it — this process usually takes 3–5 business days.

If your order is still within the estimated delivery window, no need to worry — this is completely normal! Once customs clearance is complete, your tracking will update as soon as your local courier scans the package.

Made a mistake with your shipping address, or need to change or cancel your order? Email us at service@khemn.com within 1 hour of placing your order, along with your order number and the details you'd like updated.

My package shows delivered, but I didn't receive it — what should I do?

We know how frustrating this can be — here are a few things worth checking first:

• Double-check that your shipping address was entered correctly
• Ask around — neighbors, family members, or building staff sometimes accept packages on your behalf
• Look around your delivery location, including mailboxes, porches, or building lobbies
• Check for a "delivery attempted" notice from the courier

You have 14 days from the delivery date to email us and start your return, and 30 days to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 days.
