Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
Returns
· Email [email protected] within 5 days from the delivery date .
· Return items within 10 days from the delivery date.
· You will need to return your items at your own cost.
· All return items must be in new condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.
· All items are subject to inspection.
· Once we receive your items , we will issue your refund.
Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

· Personalized or custom, made-to-order items
· Items that may have minor imperfections because of their handmade nature
NOTES:
1. Please note that product images shown are for illustrative purposes only. The actual products may vary slightly from the product images due to our products being handmade.
2. Handmade products may have imperfections. There may be minor inconsistencies due to the handmade nature. Each product may be slightly different from the next.
3. The actual colors of the products may vary slightly from the colors you see on your screen due to a wide variety of display settings.
Refunds
· Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive your return package.
· A return fee which covers processing fee, original shipping fee (also charged for free shipping items), and duty fees will be deducted from your refund. The return fee varies based on location.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
NOTE:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, based on each item, we reserve the rights to determine the fee deduction for each refund.
Defective or Wrong Product
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact our customer service team [email protected] within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team [email protected] as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
